1. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is always free on every order, no matter the size.

3. How long will my order take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, divided as follows:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Transit: 4–7 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us immediately at support@closet-update.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but once your order begins processing, changes may not be possible.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if returning due to the wrong size, color, or style.
  • If an item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
