Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products on https://www.closet-update.com/, select your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your billing and shipping information, choose a payment method, and place your order.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Since our processing time is 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible at help@closet-update.com or +1 260-726-6190 if you need to make changes.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and transit time is 4–7 business days, for a total delivery time of 5–10 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently ship only within the United States.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is completely free for all orders using our Free Shipping method.

Q: What should I do if my package is damaged?
A: If your package arrives damaged, take a clear photo and submit it to our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer if the wrong order was placed. Return processing time is 7 days after we receive the item.

Q: How do I return an item?
A:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Attach the prepaid return label included in your package.

  3. Drop off the package at the shipping carrier location listed on the label.
    If you have misplaced the return label, contact us to request a new one.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No, there is no restocking fee. Returns are free for qualifying items.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Closet Update does not store full credit card information.
